Mauricio Pochettino has a few options to consider when Chelsea take on Everton at Goodison Park later this afternoon. Christopher Nkunku, who returned to first team training earlier this month, is in contention to face Everton . The Frenchman had been sidelined since August after sustaining a knee injury just days before the Premier League season began. Nkunku is hoping to have a huge impact at Chelsea and Pochettino will need his energy, creativity and goals if the club are going to secure Champions League football this season.

In his Friday press conference, Pochettino suggested that he would need his team to be fresh against Everton . The Argentine does not expect Chelsea's issues to be solved automatically, but wants his players focused on performance. Pochettino said: "Now we have another game away, we need to be focused on trying to perform and if someone is tired they are not going to play we need to put a fresh team to perform and match their energy."

Thiago Silva's availability for the match is still uncertain. The Brazilian defender has been out of action since the end of October due to a hamstring injury . If Silva is fit, he could be paired with Antonio Rudiger in the heart of Chelsea's defence. Alternatively, Andreas Christensen could start alongside Rudiger if Silva is not deemed fit enough to play.

Here are three ways Chelsea could line-up against Everton:

Option 1:

Mendy; James, Rudiger, Silva, Chilwell; Kante, Jorginho, Mount; Havertz, Lukaku, Werner.

Option 2:

Mendy; Azpilicueta, Rudiger, Christensen, Chilwell; Kante, Jorginho, Mount; Havertz, Lukaku, Werner.

Option 3:

Mendy; James, Rudiger, Christensen, Chilwell; Kante, Kovacic, Mount; Havertz, Lukaku, Werner.

Which line-up do you think would be the best for Chelsea? Let me know!
